Hello! I'm Lexie - you can tell I'm not a website builder, so you'll have to forgive the clunkiness here but, I do know a thing or two about project management and that's what this is all about.
I've spent over ten years delivering projects and programmes across financial services, IT, non-profit and manufacturing. It's taught me that plans and dates aren't solely what's tripping us up. It's what's missing or going on around our delivery initiatives.
I started XLQ to help businesses access flexible delivery expertise, minus the helicopter views, low hanging fruit, and 100-page slide decks nobody reads (although, I do very much enjoy a bit of low hanging fruit).
Aside from project management, I'm a huge animal lover, DIY 'give it a go-er' and I can often be found exploring and stumbling my way around the UK countryside with a camera in hand!
