I've spent over ten years delivering projects and programmes across financial services, IT, non-profit and manufacturing. Long enough to know that delivery initiatives rarely miss the mark because of the plan. It's usually what's missing or going on around it.

- Sometimes it's just having someone whose focus is on the delivery, not delivery plus everything else on top.

I started XLQ to be that missing piece, for small and mid-size businesses.
